Enable your team to design and optimize robust software, that can guarantee the highest quality, uptime and scalability for millions of users.
Take strategic ownership of all engagement topics across the whole user journey from user acquisition over retention to referral across all platforms. You own the strategy and objectives (OKRs) in this area. You leverage experiments and data to optimise touchpoints.
Closely and continuously collaborate with marketing and represent these topics to the whole organisations. Look beyond the organisation and even our industry for inspiration and partnerships.
You support, develop and coach one or several other Product Managers and ensure a holistic and aligned approach to your domains across multiple product teams.
You have several years of relevant work experience as a Product Manager where you have continuously added value to multiple mass consumer digital products.
You’re always looking for opportunities to learn and you love to teach yourself and others new things. You have a coaching mindset, enabling others to excel but are not afraid to step in and get things done quickly if needed.
You have demonstrated the ability to make strategic decisions and move a team forward confidently under a lot of ambiguity.
You have a solid technical understanding, an eye for a good user experience and you have worked with digital marketing teams before allowing you to trust and empower skilled specialists to create great outcomes.
You are good at communication, at listening and expressing your thoughts and you can adjust your communication style to the people and the situation around you.
Fluent spoken and written English (German not required).
You have experience leveraging big amounts of data, a/b testing and an experimentation workflow and you know how to apply all this to continuously optimize user touchpoints. As a bonus you have also successfully applied gamification techniques before.
