Personal Summary

My personal vision is to promote sustainable community development internationally through active participation in food security initiatives.

I am a passionate and proactive individual who recently worked as the Community Development and Youth Education Coordinator at Abriendo Mentes, a local NGO in a rural disadvantaged community in Costa Rica from January 2018 to May 2019.

I have worked hard to build an interdisciplinary background through academic and practical experience in research, permaculture/organic farming techniques, and sustainable community development.

I am a Canadian citizen with a passion for Latin America, developed through various work and study experiences in Nicaragua, Cuba, Ecuador and Costa Rica where I have acquired strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish.

I am currently looking for international work related to sustainable community development.
